Repair Services

If you live outside the Plymouth area and simply do not have the time to drop your PC/Laptop off to us, feel free to get in contact with us by phone or email with the problems you are experiencing and you can either send it to us or we will arrange for a secure courier to pick it up from you. We will look over your PC/Laptop to diagnose the problems you are having and we will then quote you a price for the required repairs needed.

Instructions for sending your PC/Laptop to us are as follows:

1. Please make sure you package the PC/Laptop in suitable packaging if not sending it to us with the original box that it came in e.g. Cardboard Box with 4 layers of bubble wrap/2 sections of polystyrene.

2. Please include all neccessary peripherals for your PC/Laptop in the box e.g. AC Adaptor, Power leads.

3. Arrange with us to collect it from you by secure courier, or if you wish send it to us at this address:
